Frequently Asked Questions
A: An Integrator is a full-time executive (typically a COO) who works alongside a company's founder or "Visionary" to run the day-to-day of the business. In EOS®, they’re responsible for turning the founder's vision into execution—leading the team, driving accountability, solving issues, and keeping everything on track.
A Fractional Integrator works alongside your leadership team on a flexible, part-time basis, bringing the structure, focus, and accountability that turn big goals into steady progress — without the cost or commitment of a full-time hire.
It’s a great option for companies that:
• Don’t need a full-time Integrator yet
• Are in transition, or scaling fast
• Want to stabilize operations before hiring long-term

An Implementer is an external, certified coach who helps a company install the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), working ON the business for a specific duration to set up the framework. An Integrator is an internal, member of the leadership team (like a President or COO) who works IN the business to execute the EOS plan and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.
A: I work with entrepreneurial companies that have a clear vision and an established team, usually in the $5M–$30M range, where the founder or CEO is looking for a thought partner, stronger accountability, and support turning ideas into action.
If you’re a little smaller or larger, that’s okay — fit is more about leadership readiness and shared values than revenue.
A: It depends on the needs of the Visionary and the organization. The L10 Infusion is a month-to-month engagement, while the Momentum and Interim Infusions are designed to be 90-day engagements (or longer). The actual hours per week will vary based on the needs of the business. My last two fractional roles turned into full-time positions spanning 20 years - you never know!
A. It depends on the type of support—or infusion—you and your team need. Either way, it’s less expensive than hiring a full-time executive - and less of a commitment.
Before we talk pricing, I always start with a few introductory meetings. These are free and designed to give us both a chance to better understand your business, your challenges, and your goals. It also gives me time to assess where I can be most helpful—and whether I’m the right fit to support you.

A: Yes! I've established meaningful connections with EOS Implementers, fractional sales consultants, outsourced HR & benefits providers, fractional accounting and financial service firms and more. Just let me know what you need and I'll be happy to make an introduction.
