Frequently Asked Questions
A Fractional Integrator is an experienced execution partner who works alongside founders and leadership teams to help turn priorities into progress. I create clarity, keep teams aligned, remove roadblocks, and make sure important work keeps moving. While the term "Integrator" comes from EOS®, many businesses benefit from this type of support whether they use EOS or not.
Think of it this way: founders set the vision. I help make sure it actually happens.
The titles are different, but the goal is often the same: helping the business execute.
A Fractional COO typically oversees day to day operations. A Chief of Staff helps leaders stay aligned and keeps strategic initiatives moving. An Integrator focuses on turning priorities into action by creating clarity, accountability, and follow through across the organization.
In practice, there's a lot of overlap. Depending on your business, I may be acting as a Fractional COO, Chief of Staff, Integrator, or a combination of all three. The title matters less than making sure your team is aligned, priorities are clear, and the important work gets done.
A: I work with entrepreneurial companies that have a clear vision and an established team, usually in the $5M–$30M range, where the founder or CEO is looking for a thought partner, stronger accountability, and support turning ideas into action.
If you’re a little smaller or larger, that’s okay — fit is more about leadership readiness and shared values than revenue.
It depends on the scope of work, but most engagements range from one day a week to several days a week. After our initial conversation, I'll recommend an approach based on your priorities and provide a clear proposal with pricing.
Some clients need support for a few months during a period of growth or change, while others keep me involved longer term as an extension of their leadership team. The goal is always to provide the right level of support for as long as it's valuable.
A: Yes! I've established meaningful connections with EOS Implementers, fractional sales consultants, outsourced HR & benefits providers, fractional accounting and financial service firms and more. Just let me know what you need and I'll be happy to make an introduction.
It starts with a conversation (ideally over coffee!) We'll discuss where your business is today, what's creating the most friction, and whether I'm the right fit to help. If there's alignment, I'll put together a proposal and we take it from there.
