Most recently, I helped grow a martech company from a $2 million startup to a $28 million category leader, partnering with the founder and leadership team through rapid expansion over 15 years and a private equity acquisition in 2024. As COO and later President, I worked alongside department leaders across sales, marketing, IT, development, finance, and customer service, building the structure, systems, and leadership habits that kept the business performing and the people connected through growth and transition.
That same focus on strategic collaboration extended to the partnerships that helped us scale. I managed decade-long relationships with USPS, Canada Post, Staples, and FedEx, as well as a national vendor network — partnerships built on trust and shared success that strengthened credibility, expanded reach, and improved delivery efficiency across North America.
